Deputy Manager

My name is Nancy. I have joined Ayse (Owner/Manager) of Monkey Puzzle Seer Green from before opening. I have worked in childcare for 7+ years. I started off as a nursery apprentice and completed my Level 2 and Level 3. I then went on to work my way from practitioner to room leader then from room leader to deputy manager.

My role at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green is Deputy Manager and I will be supporting with the running of the nursery ensuring the education and care of children is at the highest level. I am very passionate about giving children the best start in early education and also have taken the lead as SENCo. I have 5 years of experience working as Lead SENCo and will be supporting the children and families with any development needs and concerns. I am really enjoying working at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green and the team are all fantastic.
